Terms of service

By commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms of service. Terms are subject to change.

General

•Payment will be made upfront in full, and the artist will start work only after they receive payment. Payments will be made through Stripe or Ko-fi.
•The artist holds the right to refuse a commission.
•My art cannot be used for AI training, NFT purposes or related activities/purposes.
•Estimated timeline for commission completions are 2-6 weeks. The client will be communicated with throughout the process.
•Commissioned works will be posted to Tumblr (unless otherwise asked not to) but they will have watermarks. Client will receive unwatermarked copies via the preferred contact method.
•Commissioned works must be used for personal and noncommercial use only, and the client is allowed to post the work to other sites with credit.

Editing + Refunds

•The client will be sent progress shots during the course of work to ensure the finished product will be to the client's liking. Progress shots will include: sketches & thumbnails, lineart, rough colors, and shading preparation.
•Clients get three (3) rounds of feedback where they may request changes to be made, afterwards a fee will be applied for every request.
•The artist holds the right to do a refund if they are unable to complete the commission.
•No refunds once a commission is started and confirmed. A refund may be requested up until the client has received a preliminary sketch.
